1. Apply

Prospective families should submit an application for the incoming school year. It is free to apply to all CWC LA schools. Applications submitted during the Open Enrollment period will be sorted into our Lottery, usually run in February/March. Applications submitted after this period will still be considered, but are placed on the waitlist until seats become available.

CWC LA offers year-round applications for all grades where there is availability.

School Information Sessions and Tours

School tours and information sessions provide a glimpse into each school’s approach to our Learning Model, Community Commitment and much more.

For more information, contact our enrollment teams:
enrollment-westvalley@cwclosangeles.org

2. Lottery

A random public lottery is held if the number of applications a school receives by the lottery application deadline exceeds the seats available.

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. Attendance at the lottery drawing is optional and will not impact results. All families will be notified via the CWC Los Angeles enrollment system and email of lottery results, including if their application is accepted or placed on the waitlist. Visit our CWC school websites for lottery dates!

Lottery Dates:

For the 2023-24 school year:
March 7th, 2023

Click here to learn more about the lottery.

3. Enroll

Families who receive an offer:

If offered a seat, you will be asked to accept your offer and complete a registration (enrollment) packet for your child’s school. Please note any important school deadlines.

Families who are waitlisted:

We will keep you updated as accepted families enroll. Spaces that become available will be offered to the next family on the waiting list until the class is full.

Students extended an offer for enrollment will need to provide supporting documentation in the enrollment packet to accept the enrollment offer. A verification of this documentation will be done prior to finalizing enrollment.

4. Orientation + First Day

Welcome to the CWC community!

Your school site will send orientation times and materials. As well as invitations to new family events you can attend.

See you and your student(s) on the first day of school!
