Meetings

The California Writers Club West Valley Branch meets on the first Saturday of each month at 1:30PM in the Katzenberg Villa of the Motion Picture and Television Fund residence in Woodland Hills.  Each meeting begins with an Open Mike opportunity for branch members to read and share their current works in process or completed works for our enjoyment. This is followed by a short business meeting covering current and upcoming events for the branch.

 

The second half of the meeting consists of a presentation by our guest speaker of the month.  These presentations are invariably both informative and inspiring to the members and guests.

Directions:

From the 101 Freeway exit on Mulholland Drive South, go south to 23388 Mulholland Drive. Turn right onto Steven Spielberg Drive, then turn left and follow the route to the large parking lot on the left for Villa Katzenberg.

(If you are stopped by the MPTF Security, tell the official that you are attending a CWC meeting.)
